Leading Child Care Specialist Joins Educational Team at The Children's Workshop and

Child Care Connection

Lincoln, RI – Jeanine K. Fitzgerald, one of New England's leading child care specialist and a Hubbardston MA resident, has been named Educational Specialist for The Children's Workshop and Child Care Connection. The company, headquartered in Lincoln RI, is a provider of child care and early learning with locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

In her new position, Fitzgerald's responsibilities will include offering support to teachers through classroom observations and training in areas of classroom management and understanding behaviors. She is a certified human behavior consultant and holds certifications in both physical education and special education.

Over the past 26 years, Fitzgerald has provided expertise in program development and assessment, leadership and management, child development services, parent and professional development training, and keynote presentations on a State, Regional and National level. She has appeared on public television stations in Massachusetts and Vermont and has traveled throughout the country to work in child care centers, family child care homes, Head Start Programs and public school systems. In addition, she has authored a book and taught at the college level.
