Child Care Connection Recognized at Awards Ceremony
Warwick , RI – Deborah Albin is a Director at Child Care Connection where she leads a team of teachers who provide high quality child care and early education services for children. One of her team is David Huntoon who was referred to Albin through the RI Department of Human Services and the Office of Rehabilitation Services.
At a breakfast held this morning, Child Care Connection was inducted into the 2006 Rhode Island Employer Honor Roll for employing and supporting employees with disabilities. The breakfast, which was sponsored by both the Office of Rehabilitation Services and the State Rehabilitation Council, presented an award of outstanding achievement to the company which was accepted by Albin.
The 10 th annual awards ceremony was hosted by Karen Adams, News Anchor for Eyewitness News WPRI-TV, and held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Warwick.
Kevin Fusco, CEO & President of Child Care Connection stated, "I am very proud that our company has received this award, but I am more proud of David and his commitment to teaching young children."
Child Care Connection, prides itself in providing their families with high quality care and learning and offers "The Creative Curriculum", a nationally recognized educational approach to teaching young children. Child Care Connection was founded in 1990 as a company dedicated to providing high quality child care services to infants, toddlers, preschool, kindergarten and school age children. The company opened its first child care center in Lincoln, RI and has grown to 17 early learning centers throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
