Child Care Connection Makes A Wish Come True
Swansea, MA – As providers of care and education, Child Care Connection is committed to improving the life of young children. With this in mind, the company has decided to donate a computer to "A Wish Come True, Inc.", a non-profit organization dedicated to granting wishes for children ages 3-18 who have life-threatening illness. This computer will make a child's dreams come true as they face the challenges of a serious illness.
"Our primary role in each community is to support working parents by providing high quality child care", said Kevin Fusco, CEO of Child Care Connection. "But another of our responsibilities is to help children in need when ever possible. We are proud to be able to grant a wish through the help of “A Wish Come True".
"A Wish Come True. Inc" is the oldest wish granting organization in RI and was founded in Tiverton in 1982. Since that time they have granted over 1000 wishes to critically ill children in the RI and Southeastern MA areas. They rely significantly on volunteers, friends and families to keep the organization's administrative costs to a minimum.
Child Care Connection prides itself in providing their families with high quality care and learning and offers "The Creative Curriculum", a nationally recognized educational approach to teaching young children. Child Care Connection was founded in 1991 as a company dedicated to providing high quality child care services to infants, toddlers, preschool, kindergarten and school age children. The company opened its first child care center in Lincoln, RI in 1991 and has grown to over 11 early learning centers throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
