Common Positions We Recruit For:

Director
The Director is responsible for the overall operation of their center. This includes planning, budgeting, and supervising center staff.

Assistant Director
Along with the Director, the Assistant Director accepts the philosophy of the classroom and works as part of the management team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within their center.

Teachers
Under the direction of the Head Teacher the Teacher plans curriculum and supervises children in their classroom.

Teacher Assistants
The Teacher Assistant assists in the daily operation of the classroom, supervises the children and aides teacher in carrying out curriculum.

Teen Aides
The Teen Aides are high school students who work part time after school. Teen Aides work in the center carrying out activities with the children, cleaning, or helping in the office.

Head Teachers
The Head Teacher supports the Teachers in the Center with curriculum development, act as mentors to Teachers, and aid in classroom setups.

Managers In Training
The Managers in Training work in a variety of centers learning the culture of the organization and preparing to take over a center of their own in a Director capacity.

Home Office Support Staff
The support staff is located at our Home Office and includes the Finance Team, Human Resource Team, Information Technology Team, Marketing Team, and Education Team.
